Senior Solicitor, Regulatory and Enforcement
Band G, GBP 33,799 - GBP 37,849
plus flexitime, generous holiday entitlement and good pension scheme
Our friendly, entrepreneurial and Lexcel accredited Legal Services Team is looking for a Senior Solicitor with a litigation specialism. This post will provide the opportunity to work with both internal and
external clients across a varied and interesting range of contentious disciplines. We are looking for a lawyer who is keen to grow and develop their wider skillset including management and marketing responsibilities.
In order to be considered for this exciting role, you must be a qualified Solicitor who holds or is eligible to hold a Solicitor's practising certificate. You should also have recent experience in at least two (2) of the following areas:
* Regulatory enforcement/prosecutions
* Housing management
* Licensing including taxi and private hire, Licensing Act 2003 and Gambling Act 2005
* Anti-social behaviour
* Commercial dispute resolution
